🤝 The Dream Builders 1 Event is a community effort, organized by the Save One Another Foundation (SOAF) & Hand-to-Hand Foundation, with the support of local businesses and churches.

Dream Builders 1 Event - Christ-Centered Career & Identity Program (March–December 2025)

📅 Event Date: March - December 2025

📍 Location: Pattaya, Thailand

👧 Participants: 20 youth (ages 13-15)

👥 Facilitators: Christian professionals, career mentors, pastors

The Dream Builders 1 Event is not just a program, it's a transformative journey. It's a faith-based career exploration and mentorship program under the Save One Another Foundation (SOAF) that empowers underprivileged children and youth. It integrates career guidance, biblical teachings, and faith-driven resilience training, paving the way for a brighter future for these young individuals.

🔹 PHASE 1: Rooted in Identity – Discovering Purpose & Self-Worth

Timeline: March–April 2025

 

This opening phase helps children rediscover who they are in God’s eyes—loved, capable, chosen. Through Christian mentorship, reflection, and group storytelling, they begin to heal and awaken to their purpose.

Activities Include:

​

  • Faith-based self-reflection & identity workshops

  • Christian mentorship in small group settings

  • Storytelling circles using scripture (e.g., Psalm 139:14 – "I am fearfully and wonderfully made")


Spiritual Goal: Establish a foundation of self-worth anchored in Christ’s unconditional love.

🔹 PHASE 2: Walking the Path – Career & Life Exploration

Timeline: May-August 2025

Hands-on discovery sessions allow children to experience the dignity and diversity of God-honoring vocations. Careers are framed not as secular aims but as callings aligned with purpose.

Activities Include:

​

  • Guest lectures by Christian professionals (doctors, pastors, artists, engineers, etc.)

  • Scripture-integrated discussions on perseverance and calling

  • Role-playing workshops simulating professional environments

  • Career-themed devotions (e.g., Proverbs 16:3 – “Commit your work to the Lord”)


Spiritual Goal: Reveal the connection between calling, service, and the Kingdom of God.

🔹 PHASE 3: Strengthening the Heart – Healing & Resilience

Timeline: September–December 2025

After learning identity and vision, children receive tools for emotional resilience. This healing-focused phase offers counseling, art therapy, and biblical emotional intelligence tools.

Activities Include:

​

  • Trauma-informed workshops with Dr. Pennapa & Dr. Sombat

  • Resilience building: overcoming adversity through Scripture (e.g., James 1:2–4)

  • Creative healing through art, music, and journaling

  • Community prayer and spiritual encouragement

​

Spiritual Goal: Equip children to endure, overcome, and thrive in Christ, emotionally and spiritually.

💛 FAITH AT THE CENTER OF EVERY GATHERING

Across all three phases, each session includes:

​

  • Opening and closing prayer

  • Faith-based reflection and devotional time

  • Art, music, and storytelling as sacred tools of healing

  • Memory verses and take-home scriptures (age-appropriate)
